How come the timeslot that I want is not available anymore?
A timeslot may be unavailable for several reasons:
- It falls on a weekend or public holiday
- The booking deadline has passed
- The maximum capacity for that time has been reached
- The relevant tank or nearby tanks are already occupied

- Specific customs requirements apply
For next-working-day bookings, the deadline is currently 13:00 for packed goods and 14:00 for bulk goods.
To whom the confirmation e-mail is sent and what does it contain?
After booking, a confirmation e-mail with a summary of your booking is sent to:
- the e-mail address entered during the booking
- the customer/product owner contact, if their details are available in ADPO’s system
The confirmation also contains a QR code that the driver can use to self-register at the kiosk upon arrival.
What are my liabilities?
You may only book a timeslot for an order for which you have been authorised by the customer/product owner.
You are responsible for:
- selecting and handling the correct order
- complying with the terms and conditions shown in the application and included in the confirmation e-mail
- Non-compliance may lead to legal action.
What is the ‘customer reference’?
The customer reference is the order reference provided by the customer/product owner whose goods will be loaded or unloaded.
If you do not know the reference number, contact the customer/product owner and ask them for the correct reference.
